RETURN POLICY

  1. Refunds/Exchanges: Email customer support 24 hours a day at info@newbridgehealthsolutions.com, for a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#) or an Exchange Merchandise # (EMA#) and the Return Address.

  2. Once you receive your RMA# return the product, the original invoice and your RMA# or EMA# to ensure proper handling. If you would like to exchange your return for another quality product of equal or lesser value, please indicate what product(s) in your return.

  3. Exchanges: You can return a product, within 14 days, and request that we send you another quality Newbridge Health Solutions product of equal or lesser value. All exchanges are final.

  4. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using delivery confirmation to avoid any delays. All packages returned refused or undeliverable will be refunded the cost of the product minus the shipping fees incurred by refusal of the package.

  5. Returns must be received within 31 days from billing date. Exchange requests must be received by our offices within 31 days from the billing date.

  6. Used/Empty product containers may only be returned in the event of a product defect, to be determined at our discretion.

  7. All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 72 hours of receiving the package. Please allow up to 7 days for your bank to process the refund and 8-10 days for delivery of checks

  8. Orders may be cancelled before items have shipped. Newbridge Health does not use a 3rd party fulfillment service.
